Neighborhood Watch Meeting

At the request of homeowners in the community (and some recent incidents in greenehaven) a neighborhood watch meeting has been scheduled. Everyone welcome.

CC&R Enforcement

At the GPOA Annual Meeting in November 2007, some owners proposed that there be a moratorium on CC&R enforcement. A voice vote was taken and passed. This “vote” was illegal, and it is also illegal for the Board to stop enforcing CC&Rs. Since the new Board has taken over, there does not appear to be any CC&R enforcement being done. Certainly, they have not taken over where the last Board left off, which is their LEGAL OBLIGATION.
